Supplement Stack Builder

See the ingredients commonly discussed for a goal, with honest notes. A starting point, not a prescription.

People often ask what to "stack" for a goal. This tool gives an educational starting point: the ingredients most commonly discussed for a given area, each with a short honest note about the evidence. It does not give doses and it is not a recommendation to take anything. Food comes first, and a professional can help you decide what, if anything, is worth adding. Pick a goal.

This is a list of ingredients people commonly discuss for this goal, not advice to take them. Check for overlap between products, watch for interactions with medication, and speak with a professional before starting anything.

How this works

Each goal is matched to the ingredients most often talked about for it, drawn from common use and general nutrition guidance. The notes are honest about how strong the evidence is, so you can see which ingredients have solid backing and which are more popular than proven.

Understanding your result

Treat the list as a research starting point. The strongest, simplest foundation for most goals is food, sleep, and activity, with a couple of well-supported basics like vitamin D or omega-3 where a gap exists. Longer lists are not better, and stacking many products raises the chance of overlap and interactions.

Important limitations

  • This gives no doses and is not a recommendation to take any supplement.
  • Being commonly discussed is not the same as being proven. The notes flag where evidence is weaker.
  • Supplements can interact with each other and with medication, and some overlap, so more is not safer.
  • A professional can tailor this to you, which a general tool cannot.
